This is where it all started. In June, 1998, our Managing Director established a sole proprietorship under the name Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals and rented the Mezzanine Floor in Taman Permata shop near Giant Supermarket. The space is about 800 sq ft, dilapidated and with old office furniture left by previous tenant. Started alone for a few months and employed one valuation executive and one accounts admin, our Managing Director dilligently source for potential clients and offer property professional services amidst the worst downturn in history.
