Rozaini Nizar, the former Council Member of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), started his career in the field of banking and finance consultancy services in AmBank Berhad in its HQ and KL Branch and subsequently continuing his career with a few Islamic Banks as the Head of Project Management Department. Prior to joining Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals (FAPP), Rozaini has more than 10 years of experience as the Head of Property Management Department with HBE Group of Companies and Azmi & Co., dealing with more than 100 clients of JMBs, MCs, Resident Associations and Corporate Clients and had been managing more than 150 Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extra Ordinary General Meetings (EGMs) covering in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

His professional experience practice is in banking and finance services specifically in branch and project management, and managing a commercial, corporate and residential property development under strata and non-strata management. He has also engaged in carrying out corporate property management consultation especially in a new development under developer and special projects under Selangor State of Government. He was being appointed as one of the panelists for KPKT Workshop of Strata Management Act 2013 Revision under the representative of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM) in 2018-2019. In addition, he had been a professional panelist in Strata Management Seminar under Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya (MPAJ) in 2019 and the Webinar Series – The Empowerment of the Country’s Cleaning Industry organized by Malaysia Association of Cleaning Contractors (MACC) in 2020.

Rozaini Nizar holds a Bachelor in Business Adminstration (BBA) Hons from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a registered property manager under Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEAP) and has been awarded as Fellow Member of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM) in 2021.

Rozaini Nizar is in charge of our Firdaus & Associates Property Management Services Sdn Bhd (FAPMS), a newly established property management company under Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals Group of Companies.
