FARE Agency Bowling Tournament – Building Team Spirit Through Fun and Friendship
The Firdaus & Associates Real Estate Agency (FARE Agency) recently organised a Bowling Tournament at Wangsa Walk Bowl, Kuala Lumpur, bringing together our Team Leaders and Real Estate Negotiators (RENs) for a day of friendly competition, laughter, and camaraderie.
The event was designed as a team-bonding activity, aimed at strengthening unity, fostering teamwork, and creating a positive work culture among members of the FARE family. With everyone dressed in their team colours and spirits running high, the lanes came alive with cheers, laughter, and a healthy dose of competitive energy.
Beyond the strikes, spares, and occasional gutter balls, the tournament was a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to connect outside of the office environment. Team Leaders and RENs worked together, encouraged one another, and celebrated each small victory — truly embodying the spirit of collaboration that defines FARE Agency’s success.
At the end of the event, top-performing bowlers and teams were recognised with small prizes and plenty of applause, but the real reward was the strengthened sense of togetherness and shared motivation heading into the next half of the year.
