FARE Agency Kickstart 2024 – Setting New Goals, Visions, and Aspirations for the Year Ahead

The Firdaus & Associates Real Estate Agency (FARE Agency) recently organised its 2024 Kickstart Session, bringing together the Group’s leaders, management team, and key personnel to align strategies, set new performance targets, and strengthen the shared vision for the year ahead.

Held in an engaging and motivational atmosphere, the session focused on goal-setting, productivity enhancement, and professional development, ensuring that every team member begins the year with renewed energy and purpose.

The session was officiated by YBhg Datuk Sr Firdaus Musa, Group Managing Director, who delivered an inspiring opening address. In his remarks, Datuk emphasised the importance of productivity, professionalism, and continuous learning as the cornerstones of success. He encouraged everyone to push beyond comfort zones — to achieve higher sales, greater teamwork, and deeper knowledge across the Group’s core disciplines of real estate agency, valuation, and property management.

A highlight of the event was the creation of individual Vision Boards for 2024, where each attendee outlined their personal and professional goals for the year. These visual goal maps served as a creative and reflective exercise, inspiring participants to stay focused and accountable throughout the year.

The interactive session also included discussions on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), strategic growth plans, and new business directions for the Group, ensuring alignment across all departments under the Firdaus & Associates Group of Companies.
