Firdaus & Associates Real Estate Agency Wins “Real Estate Agency Firm of the Year” at the National Real Estate Awards 2020
The year 2020 was a truly remarkable and memorable year for us at Firdaus & Associates Real Estate Agency (FARE Agency), as we proudly received the prestigious “Real Estate Agency Firm of the Year (Small Firm Category – Less than 500 RENs)” at the National Real Estate Awards (NREA) 2020, organised by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
The National Real Estate Awards is the highest recognition in Malaysia’s real estate fraternity, celebrating excellence, professionalism, and ethical standards among agencies and negotiators nationwide. The award honours firms that have demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, compliance, and service quality within the property industry.
Due to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 ceremony was held virtually — marking the first time in MIEA’s history that the prestigious event was conducted entirely online. Despite the distance, the spirit of celebration remained strong, and our team proudly tuned in from Kuala Lumpur to witness the moment our firm’s name was announced as the winner.
Representing the firm at the online event were Sr Firdaus Musa, Group Managing Director, together with Puan Faiza and En. Riduan, our dedicated Heads of Department. The moment was filled with joy, pride, and gratitude as the team reflected on how far the agency had come since its inception — built on a foundation of professionalism, teamwork, and integrity.
This recognition stands as a testament to the commitment and excellence of every member of the FARE Agency family, who continued to strive for success despite the difficulties of an unprecedented year. The award not only affirms our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of practice but also motivates us to keep raising the bar for real estate service in Malaysia.
