FAPMS Hi-Tea Gathering – Honouring Our Property Management Heroes
The Firdaus & Associates Property Management Services (FAPMS) recently held a memorable Hi-Tea Get-Together to celebrate the dedication and hard work of its property management staff, including Building Managers, Administrative Officers, and Technicians from various managed sites.
The event, hosted by En. Othman, General Manager of FAPMS, and assisted by En. Junaidi and En. Shiro, was a warm and joyous occasion that brought together team members from across the division for an afternoon of appreciation, laughter, and reflection.
The session began with a heartfelt opening speech by YBhg Datuk Sr Firdaus Musa, Group Managing Director, who took the audience on a nostalgic journey, sharing personal stories of his early days in the property management industry. Datuk recalled how he once managed three sites on his own before gradually building the dedicated team that now forms the heart of FAPMS. His voice grew emotional as he reflected on those humble beginnings — the challenges, sacrifices, and perseverance that shaped the company’s journey — while expressing deep gratitude to every team member for being the true assets of the organisation.
In his message, Datuk Sr Firdaus encouraged all staff to maintain a positive mindset, stay motivated, and continue delivering service with commitment, teamwork, and professionalism. He reminded everyone that property management is a people-driven profession — where passion, patience, and integrity make all the difference.
The hi-tea continued with much excitement and camaraderie, featuring a lively lucky draw and the presentation of Recognition Awards to outstanding staff and sites. Awards were given for Best Managed Site and Best Performing Personnel, acknowledging those who have gone above and beyond in maintaining excellence in service and management.
The event concluded with a cheerful group photo session, capturing the smiles, pride, and unity that define the FAPMS family. It was truly a day to remember — one that celebrated not only achievements, but also the shared journey and spirit of togetherness that have brought FAPMS to where it is today.
