Malaysia Property Award™ 2023 – Celebrating Excellence in Real Estate
The FIABCI Malaysia Property Award™ 2023, the nation’s most prestigious recognition for excellence in real estate development, was successfully held on 9 March 2024 at the One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya. The glittering Gala Dinner and Awards Presentation celebrated Malaysia’s finest developers, industry leaders, and projects that exemplify quality, sustainability, and innovation in the built environment.
The evening was graced by YBhg Dato’ Alan Tong Kok Mau, Past World President of FIABCI International, who attended as the Guest of Honour. His presence underscored the continuing legacy of leadership, professionalism, and international collaboration within FIABCI Malaysia and the global real estate fraternity.
As the President of FIABCI Malaysia, YBhg Datuk Sr Firdaus Musa delivered his address, commending the winners for their outstanding achievements and commitment to advancing Malaysia’s property industry. Datuk Sr Firdaus highlighted that the Malaysia Property Award™ not only recognises design and construction excellence but also honours the spirit of innovation, sustainability, and social impact that defines world-class developments.
He expressed his gratitude to the judging committee, sponsors, and partners — including Exsim Group (Platinum Sponsor), Nippon Paint (Gold Sponsor), AME Development, Matrix Concepts, and SkyWorld Development (Trophy Sponsors), as well as media partners The Star, Nanyang Siang Pau, and PropertyGuru Malaysia — for their continuous support in elevating the stature of the awards.
The evening’s highlight was the presentation of awards to Malaysia’s top real estate achievers, including Tengku Dato’ Ab Aziz Tengku Mahmud, who received the Property CEO Award, and Ms. Teh Lip Kim, Managing Director of Bangsar Heights Pavilion Sdn Bhd, who was honoured with the Property Woman Award.
The gala drew an illustrious crowd of developers, architects, property consultants, and key figures from across the Malaysian and international property sectors. Guests were treated to an evening of elegance, camaraderie, and celebration — befitting the legacy of FIABCI’s commitment to recognising excellence in real estate development.
