YBhg Datuk Sr Firdaus Musa Represents Malaysia at the 42nd FIABCI Global Leadership Summit in Riyadh
Our Group Managing Director, YBhg Datuk Sr Firdaus Musa, in his capacity as the President of FIABCI Malaysia, attended the 42nd FIABCI Global Leadership Summit, hosted by FIABCI Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. The prestigious international summit brought together FIABCI Chapter Presidents, global council members, and international delegates from across the world — marking one of the most important leadership gatherings within the global real estate fraternity.
The summit served as a high-level platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and strategic dialogue among leaders of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), with discussions centred on emerging market trends, innovation, investment opportunities, and the future of sustainable urban development.

During the sessions, participants were given exclusive insights into Saudi Arabia’s ambitious national transformation agenda, including the country’s large-scale real estate and infrastructure development initiatives such as NEOM, The Line, and Diriyah Gate — projects that are reshaping the global perception of sustainable, smart, and future-ready cities.
Representing Malaysia together with YM Tengku Dato Ab Aziz, Datuk Sr Firdaus Musa engaged with international peers and shared Malaysia’s progress in property development, valuation, and asset management, reinforcing the nation’s position as a strong and reputable player within the Asia-Pacific real estate community. His presence also reflected FIABCI Malaysia’s active role in contributing to global dialogues on innovation, governance, and investment within the built environment.

For Firdaus & Associates Group, the summit was a valuable opportunity for international exposure and strategic networking, enhancing the Group’s visibility among global real estate leaders and investors. The exchange of ideas and perspectives provided Datuk Sr Firdaus with fresh insights into Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving real estate ecosystem, offering valuable lessons and inspiration that can be applied to Malaysia’s property landscape — particularly in areas such as urban regeneration, sustainable development, and smart city planning.
The participation in this global event underscores Firdaus & Associates Group’s commitment to continuous growth, knowledge sharing, and international collaboration, as the firm continues to expand its influence and expertise both regionally and globally.
