Sr Firdaus Musa Elected President of FIABCI Malaysia for 2022–2024
We are proud to announce that our Managing Director, Sr Firdaus Musa, has been elected uncontested as the President of FIABCI Malaysia for the term 2022–2024 during the recent Annual General Meeting (AGM). This marks a historic milestone and a proud achievement not only for Sr Firdaus personally but also for the entire Firdaus & Associates Group, as his leadership continues to gain national and international recognition within the real estate fraternity.
FIABCI Malaysia, the Malaysian chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), is part of a global network based in Paris, France, comprising 47 chapters worldwide. FIABCI — Fédération Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers — is an international organisation that represents all sectors of the property industry, promoting global cooperation, knowledge exchange, and professional excellence in real estate.
In his acceptance remarks, Sr Firdaus Musa expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and shared several key initiatives that will shape his presidency. Among these are efforts to increase FIABCI Malaysia’s membership base, particularly by encouraging participation from diverse industry players including developers, valuers, architects, property managers, and estate agents.
He also emphasised the importance of unity and collaboration within the FIABCI community, urging members to work together to bring the organisation to greater heights through inclusivity, innovation, and active engagement. Under his leadership, FIABCI Malaysia aims to enhance its visibility and influence, strengthen ties with international counterparts, and expand opportunities for Malaysian members to participate in global forums and events.
Sr Firdaus also outlined his vision to elevate the prestige of the Malaysia Property Award (MPA) — FIABCI Malaysia’s flagship event — by attracting more participation from developers across the country and enhancing its standing as the nation’s most respected recognition of real estate excellence.
In addition, plans are underway for a series of community, academic, and regional (CAR) engagement initiatives, designed to promote professional growth, corporate social responsibility, and public awareness of FIABCI’s role in shaping sustainable and resilient built environments.
This election represents not only a personal milestone for Sr Firdaus Musa but also a moment of pride for Firdaus & Associates Group, whose leadership continues to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Malaysia’s property industry — both at home and on the global stage.
