
We are pleased to announce that renovation works have officially commenced at our Firdaus & Associates Real Estate Agency Training Centre. This marks an exciting milestone in our continuous effort to enhance the learning experience for our real estate negotiators and team members.
The upgraded training centre will feature a modern, fully equipped learning environment designed to support interactive workshops, certification programmes, and continuous professional development (CPD) sessions. The renovation includes improved audio-visual facilities, comfortable seating, and collaborative spaces to encourage engagement and creativity.
Upon completion, the new facility will serve as a hub for knowledge sharing, skill enhancement, and industry networking—further strengthening our commitment to excellence and professionalism within the real estate and property services industry.

The Agency, now officially branded as Firdaus & Associates Real Estate Agency, or more fondly known as FARE Agency, continues to strengthen its commitment to professional excellence and capacity building within the real estate industry.
The upgraded facility is designed to provide a comprehensive weekly training programme dedicated to our Real Estate Negotiators (RENs), equipping them with the latest industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and ethical practices essential for success in today’s dynamic property market.
The training centre will serve as the heart of our agency’s talent development—offering structured sessions that cover prospecting techniques, digital marketing for property, legal compliance, and client engagement strategies. These weekly activities aim to create a vibrant learning ecosystem that nurtures professionalism, teamwork, and innovation across our agency network.
Renovation works are scheduled for completion in the coming months, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to the newly refurbished centre soon. Once completed, the newly refurbished centre will reflect FARE Agency’s values of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every REN under our banner is well-prepared to uphold the firm’s reputation as one of Malaysia’s trusted names in real estate.


Our renovation of this space will include a 100 person training room, a co-working space environment, a pantry and an administrative room.
