Honoured Visit by YBhg Dato’ Kamarudin Jaffar in Support of Youth Empowerment in Real Estate

We were truly honoured to welcome YBhg Dato’ Kamarudin Jaffar, who graced our recent event in support of empowering the young generation towards a successful career in real estate. His presence was an inspiration to all participants and a testament to his continued encouragement of youth development and professional education in Malaysia’s property sector.

During the visit, YBhg Dato’ Kamarudin commended the initiatives undertaken by Firdaus & Associates Real Estate Agency (FARE Agency) and Elura Academy in providing structured training, mentorship, and certification programmes for aspiring Real Estate Negotiators (RENs). He highlighted the importance of equipping young Malaysians with the right knowledge, discipline, and ethical foundation to thrive in the real estate profession — a sector that plays a vital role in the nation’s economic growth and community development.

As part of the event, YBhg Dato’ Kamarudin Jaffar graciously presented certificates of participation to the attendees of our recently concluded Seminar on Career Opportunities in Real Estate, recognising their enthusiasm and commitment to pursuing a professional pathway in the industry. The seminar, organised by FARE Agency in collaboration with Elura Academy, aimed to introduce participants to real-world insights into property marketing, negotiation, and client relationship management.
