Sr Maselfa Masdon started with Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals as an intern and upon graduating from University Technology MARA (UiTM) in 2011, had started as a Valuation Executive for a year, subsequently as a Property Management Executive for a further year and 5 years as a Real Estate Negotiator.

Her experience in the field of property consultancy encompassed various types of valuation assignments, the property management under JMB/MC and real estate agency in project marketing and million ringgit residential sales. Her experience with Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals for more than 8 years has given her the opportunity to understand the full aspects of property consultancy work and standard operating procedures in Firdaus & Associates Group as a whole.

Sr Maselfa holds a Diploma in Estate Management and BSc(Hons) Estate Management degree from the University of Technology MARA (UiTM) and is a registered valuer, estate agent and property manager by profession, a professional member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia(RISM), Malaysian Institute of Professional Estate Agents and Consultants(MIPEAC) and a member of Malaysia Institution of Property and Facility Managers(MIPFM).

Sr Maselfa is the resident Director for valuation at our Head Office in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.
