Sr Liew Kuo Ching started his professional journey upon graduation from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM) in the year of 1999 at C H Williams Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd (Currently known as WTW CBRE) and subsequently continued his journey with Dass Mohd Chartwell (KL) Sdn Bhd, followed by the longest stint of 13 years at JS Valuers Property Consultants (KL) Sdn Bhd and then Jasaland Property Consultants (KL) Sdn Bhd prior to joining Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals.
He is a registered valuer with more than 20 years of experience in property valuation and consultancy services mainly in corporate valuations especially valuation of development lands, industrial developments, factories, o ce buildings, petrol stations, hotels and resorts, land acquisitions and estate plantations as well as real estate agency works. He has also a vast amount of experience in real estate related software and mobile apps development.

Sr Liew Kuo Ching holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM), a registered valuer, estate agent and property manager by profession, a professional member of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), a member of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS).
