Sr Mohd Fahmi Hanapi started his career in the field of valuation and property consultancy services with Jurunilai Bersekutu in Johor Bahru. He served the company for 8 years in the property consultancy practice as a Valuation Executive and Marketing Manager for 4 years and as an Assistant Branch Manager for 2 years. Subsequently in 2012, he was partly responsible in opening a new branch for Nilai Harta in Johor Bahru and held the position as the Assistant Manager.

He has been involved mainly in retail valuation assignments for various types of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties all over the State of Johor as well as valuation assignments for rating and land acquisition purposes.

Sr Mohd Fahmi Hanapi graduated with a BSc(Hons) Property Management degree from the University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a registered valuer, estate agent and property manager by profession and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia(PEPS) and Malaysian Institute of Professional Estate Agents and Consultants(MIPEAC).
