Sr Mohd Jasni Jaafar started his career as a Valuation Executive at Regroup Associates (currently known as Savills Malaysia), in Pusat Bandar Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. He served the company for 10 years in property valuation practice and marketing. After resigning from Regroup in 2009, he has joined Nasir Sabaruddin & Associates, Melawati Branch, Kuala Lumpur for 5 years and Fadzilah & Fikri Sdn Bhd, Senawang Branch, Negeri Sembilan for another 6 years.

He has a wide experience in valuation of various scales assignments especially in retail valuation for financing and foreclosure purposes for residential, commercial, industrial as well as agricultural properties especially in Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Pahang, Kota Kinabalu in Sabah and Kuching, Miri & Bintulu in Sarawak, He is also involved in valuation of technical operation centres for telecommunication towers (TOC) in Sabah and Sarawak, high rise buildings as well as valuation for land acquisition purpose.

Sr Mohd Jasni Jaafar graduated with Bsc (Hons) Property Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a registered valuer, estate agent and property manager by profession and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM)
