Our forte is in the social media network using third parties to create further awareness and increase footfalls for the retail centres as well as analytic data to measure pedestrian flow and ensure real value proposition to landlords and tenants.

We develop creative retail concept, positioning and brand mix focussing on lifestyle theme and brand image. Our scope include market research, analysis and strategy planning, leasing proposal, tenant mix, A & P planning, promotion proposal and execution from the off plan to the opening date.

Our team is also able to rework on sick retail centres and repositioning to increase retail activities and enhance rental values for clients. The concentration will be on sustaining and maximising property values and return on investment to attract potential investors.

Under retail operations and leasing, our leasing advisory team will look into new avenues on the lease arrangements and management with new operation system built up and fluid management policies. We do space design and fitting out, the architectural zoning and retail outlets arrangement, common areas interior and lighting design, signages and interactive medias with design coordination by our team.

We also do Pre-opening preparation, creation of operation management team, the organisation structure and daily operations in monitoring the performance of the retail centres. We can handover to the retail owner or engage our commercial property and facilities management team to further manage on behalf of the owner.
