Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals are proud to receive the prestigious 5-Star property management award by Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya on behalf of the Joint Management Body of Monte Bayu Condominium. This is the concurrent second time Monte Bayu has received the 5-star rating in terms of property management of the condominium development, one in 2016 and now in 2017. The Commissioner of Buildings(COB) of Majlis Perbandaran Ampang Jaya conducts a yearly assessment of all the strata developments within its jurisdiction and awards star rating for the good and well managed strata development.

Firdaus & Associates Property Professionals would like to congratulate all the staff in the property management team namely En Rozaini and En Zahirul in their tireless effort to step up to the challenge and maintain full commitment in the management of Monte Bayu condominium.
