Putrajaya Commissioner of Buildings(COB) was a guest to our successful managed Villa Putra condominium on the invitation by DBKL COB. Our Head of Division, En Rozaini did a presentation on how we turn around the almost dilapidated condominium development with no lifts working, major faulty electrical wiring, non audited accounts and high number of defaulters. Highlights to COB were on the process and solutions done to solve each of the problems.
