En Fakru Radzi is the CEO of PKNS Real Estate, in charge of the PKNS assets specifically shopping centres. A valuer by background with corporate property investment principles, En Fakru Radzi managed to transform PKNS shopping centres to a more vibrant and fully tenanted centres with variety of retailers giving PKNS RE higher ROI than previous.
The visit is to discuss further on the outlook of retail outlets, the future of shopping complexes in Malaysia and the way forward for owners of shopping complexes in rebranding and reposition the centres.
